we felt right at home in this quaint, fairly clean hotel with garden views. the standard room we booked was bright. food was appetising, staff was very good. the breakfast was large, had variety of options.

Friendly staff, willingness to help. Breakfast was served early so that we could eat before leaving for the Knysna Half Marathon. They allowed us to come back and shower although it was past check out time. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms!

Great location with lagoon views. Spacious, comfortable rooms with power shower and jacuzzi bath. Soft beds. Free parking. Adequate breakfast with hot cooked options. Friendly, helpful staff. Affordable for UK guests.

The view is great, and the room is well equipped and spacious.

Not necessarily negative comment, but it has more of a small boutique hotel feel than a B&B. The staff are pleasant enough but lack personal touches like in many other B&B's. It's location is not conducive to going out for a run/walk which I enjoy doing first thing in the morning. You pretty much have to take your car everywhere you go.

Privacy, your curtains is not dense enough, people can see in. The bathroom extractor fan is too small, which makes you uncomfortable when sharing.

We really enjoyed every detail about our nice 5-night stay. the staff provided excellent service and assisted us with a cot. - the location was marvelous and stunning, and the staff were pleasant.

Room needs a little tlc. Coffee plunger was broken, heater cracked and shower head not great.

We liked the space so the children could run around and kick a ball and the staff were really helpful, the breakfast was lovely. The location was quiet with a view but very close to everything, I think in the busy summer months this would be a big advantage. Also the web site was clear there was no lagoon view from our room as it was ground floor however as soon as you stepped out onto the terrace and in the garden there was a view, and the breakfast room had a lovely view.

The accomodation we excellent but we found the rooms cold (in winter), the staff were helpful and gave us heaters though. Also the showers are not brilliant, need more pressure and change temperature if someone is using the other bathroom.
